Ruhel came out Same-day to our new build flat in Bethnal Green, to mount our 65 inch Samsung TV onto plasterboard and provided a bracket and trunking to hide the wires. He came on a Sunday for a very last minute booking and his level of service and professionalism was outstanding. We are so pleased with his work and the way he worked around our needs in the home. He explained everything extremely clearly, came with the right tools and had a tenacity for making sure everything was perfectly aligned. I had a great experience with Ruhel. He mounted my TV perfectly and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what would work best for my studded wall and even provided us with the correct bracket after we realised we had bought the wrong one. Earlier, I had another guy come out who already knew the type of wall, TV, and bracket I had. However, there was a misunderstanding on his part regarding the VESA compatibility, and he told me it wouldn’t work and still charged a call-out fee, which was frustrating. Thankfully, I then found Ruhel, who reassured me from the start that if for any reason he couldn’t mount the TV, he wouldn’t charge a call-out fee. He was confident, honest, and knew exactly what he was doing — and he got the job done without any issues. I’ve actually used Ruhel in the past as well, and this experience just confirmed why I’d go back to him again. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — highly recommend.
