Friendly staff and responsive to your needs. Systematic and thorough in his assessment of waterproofing issues. Work done to a reasonable standard and guaranteed. Comes back quickly if there are any snagging issues at the end and sorts them out.

The flat had a longstanding rising damp and condensation problem. Sergio did a great job, identifying the root cause and putting in remedial measures for example, ventilation and external render recommendations to fix the issue long term. Sergio takes ownership of his work. I never had issues in sergio making himself available. I would recommend sergio and will be working with him on future projects.

It was a pleasure to work with Sergio and their team. They gave us an accurate quote and were always upfront about all the charges. The repairs have been done timely the staff stayed focused on the job and waterproofing was done exceptionally neat and the roof looks nice, it pleases the eye. They cleaned up as they worked so it wasn't a nuisance for us. Now, a year and a half later the roof is in perfect condition and we haven't had any issues since.

H&Q Waterproofing did works in our property in the Bounds Green area. Fixing the minor damps and after that decorating the full property. All the workers were extremely polite and efficient. Manager Sergio has planned and carried out all work without having any complaints to him or the team members from our side. I will definitely recommend Sergio and H&Q Waterproofing to any homeowner for damp or general renovation projects.
