Disappointing service. Consistently low standards of cleaning and staff apparently allergic to feedback, guidance or gentle criticism. Argumentative owner.

Disappointing. I have had to give feedback about poor hygiene practices - e.g. leaving bath mats hung over clean hand towels, regular failures to turn up due to staff sickness and lack of cover or staff turning up at different times to those scheduled and telling me they were frustrated at lack of coordination by the owner. I finally gave up and ended my contract and they failed to turn up on the last day or return my keys as requested. I had to follow up and the promised refund has not been issued and I am still chasing for the return of my keys which makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Disappointed in that 3 appointments were made to clean our windows of which none were kept by the team and an e-mail requesting situation was not answered.
