Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £24,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £29,000–£40,000 in Year 1)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays)

The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you build your own client base, manage relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting sales environment.
This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch a long-term career in B2B sales—with clear progression, big earning potential, and real support from day one.
What You’ll Get:
* £24,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £29,000–£40,000+)
* Top performers earn £100,000+ per year as Account Managers
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service and promotion

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with a portfolio of leads to generate sales and referrals
* Build and manage your own client base of senior decision-makers across the UK and internationally
* Nurture long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Stay up-to-date with the latest high-profile sporting and cultural events
* Receive full training and ongoing coaching to ensure you hit your goals and grow your career
