Your First Year as a Recruitment Consultant

You will:

Source and interview candidates for teaching roles across the North East.

Write engaging CV profiles to showcase candidates to schools.

Work closely with sales teams to match teachers with opportunities.

Achieve weekly goals and earn commission at every stage.

Long-Term Success

After your first year, you'll graduate to your own Sales Desk, with advanced training in:

Business Development & Negotiation

Relationship Building & Client Visits

Safeguarding & Compliance

Customer Service & Time Management
