As a Technical Sales Trainee, you'll become an important part of the internal sales team, learning how to support customers with technical product enquiries and provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone

Assisting customers with technical product advice and solutions

Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products

Preparing quotations and processing orders accurately

Supporting and developing relationships with existing customer accounts

Learning about HVAC, mechanical and electrical products through ongoing trainingThis role is mainly office-based and email-focused, making it ideal for someone who is organised, process-driven, and enjoys problem-solving in a technical environment.
