Senior Sales Executive

Description

Our client based in Halifax are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join them on a permanent basis., selling a unique and bespoke service

Package

* Monday to Friday days

* Free on site parking

* £30,0000 - £35,000 plus £5200 car allowance

* Bonus / commission scheme

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, corporate, hospitality, and public sectors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, event planners, and decision-makers.

* Present creative and customised proposals that showcase our experiential offerings.

* Meet or exceed sales targets, goals, and KPIs.

Client Consultation

* Understand client needs, budgets, and visions to recommend suitable products and experiences.

* Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to develop tailored solutions.

* Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and expectations for delivery and installation.

Market & Trend Awareness

* Stay informed about seasonal trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

* Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.

CRM & Reporting

* Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools.

* Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management team.

Requirements:

* Proven sales experience,

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* A creative mindset with the ability to sell visual and experiential concepts.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially during peak holiday seasons.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (experience with design software is a bonus).

* Own transport
