We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to join our growing team and help define our sales strategy from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to shape the sales function of a multi-faceted business. You'll work directly with the CEO to develop and execute sales processes across our three service pillars, with the autonomy to build something meaningful from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine sales processes for our three business pillars
Identify, qualify, and convert B2B prospects across multiple industries
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiate deals to closure
Collaborate with our lead generation specialist to optimize prospect flow
Create sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to each service area
Establish sales metrics, forecasting methods, and reporting procedures
Provide market feedback to inform service development and positioning
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Work closely with our media team to align on client deliverables and expectations
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably including door-to-door
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building processes
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Desirable Qualities:
Experience selling services rather than just products
Background in process improvement, media services, or asset management
Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience
Ability to adapt sales approach across different industries and service types
Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting

Probation period: 2 months
