Description
Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently working with a client based in ST5 who have a new and exciting opportunity in their sales department. As a sales support executive you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities. You will be supoporting the sales team and maintain client and lead information.
Responsabilities:
* Contact new clients through outbound calling and follow-ups
* Identify new business opportunities
* Maintain internal database
* Update and maintain leads database
* Handle any enquiries related to new equipment arrivals
* Respond promptly to potential clients
* Ensure all documentation is required
* Support the sales development team
* Ensure compliance is in line with company policys
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills
* Confident xjnqpsq cold calling and making outbound calls
* Experience in sales and support
* High level attention to detail
* Strong organisation skills
* Comfortable working with CRM sysytems and client portals
