Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded organisation to recruit a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative in Aberdeenshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident sales professional to join a progressive and growing business where you’ll take ownership of your territory, develop strong customer relationships, and play a key role in driving business growth. The position offers a great mix of autonomy, customer interaction, and long-term career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This role would suit someone with previous sales or account management experience, particularly within farming, agriculture, machinery, or outdoor-related industries.

The Role

*

Manage and grow your designated territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.

*

Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact within the industry.

*

Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach activity, and relationship building.

*

Deliver tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs.

*

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.

*

Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

*

Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

*

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

About You

*

Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory sales.

*

Knowledge or interest in agriculture, farming, machinery, or outdoor industries would be advantageous.

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

*

A proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach.

*

Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.

*

Full UK driving licence preferred.
