Are you a confident, motivated negotiator with a passion for property and people?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, well-established estate agency team in the heart of Epsom, where you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - someone who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and represent the brand with professionalism and energy.

What you'll be doing:

Registering and qualifying new buyers.

Conducting viewings and following up promptly.

Negotiating sales and managing offers.

Progressing deals through to exchange and completion.

Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues.

Supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding service. What we're looking for:

Experience in residential sales or a similar customer-facing role.

A genuine interest in property and helping people move.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, organised, and proactive approach.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. What's on offer:
