Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, building rapport and identifying sales opportunities.

* Promote products and services confidently while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

* Generate new business, follow up leads, and convert enquiries into sales.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system.

* Handle objections professionally and confidently, turning conversations into successful outcomes.

What we need from you as a Sales Executive:

* Previous experience in a sales, telesales, customer service, retail, hospitality or call centre role.

* Available to start as soon as possible.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident speaking to customers over the phone.

* Target-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

* Ability to build rapport quickly and identify sales opportunities.
