About the Role

You will play a key role in business growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. This is a hands-on sales role involving direct engagement with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out and engage with potential and current clients

Promote a range of high-quality products and services (varied depending on role)

Identify opportunities to upsell and close sales successfully

Manage enquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally with B2B exposure

*

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets

*

Strong communication skills—confident with face-to-face, phone, and written correspondence

*

Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

*

Comfortable with CRM and sales tracking tools

*

Valid UK driving licence required for occasional customer meetings
