Are you a seasoned property pro with a knack for selling new builds, off–plan developments, or luxury apartments? If you ve worked in estate agency or sold for a housing developer, this is your next big move.
Join a prestigious developer with a reputation for crafting beautiful homes and vibrant communities. You ll be the driving force behind sales success guiding buyers from first viewing to final handover and beyond.
What You ll Be Doing:
Selling stunning new homes and apartments, off–plan and ready–to–move–in
Hosting engaging tours of developments and show homes
Managing the full sales journey, from enquiry to completion
Building lasting relationships with buyers through empathy and professionalism
Collaborating with an enthusiastic sales and marketing team to drive growth
What You Bring:
Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property development
Confident, warm, and persuasive communication style
Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets
Strong presentation skills and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
