What You'll Do:

As our Sales Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your main responsibilities will include:

Proactively generating and following up on leads in designated geographical areas.Recruiting new members to the Society, helping us grow our community of transport professionals.Managing existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.Collaborating with your colleagues in the Sales & Development team to achieve collective success.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong background in sales with a proven ability to bring in new business.Experience in the insurance or transport industry is highly advantageous.Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.A proactive approach, with the ability to present and pitch at various levels.A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
