Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP38,000 per annum

Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme

First year OTE GBP50,000 – GBP60,000

Qualifications: Driving Licence

Company Branding: A growing housing developer is seeking a Sales Advisor for a new development in Rugby, offering up to GBP38,000 with an uncapped commission scheme. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress to Sales Manager within 2 years.

Job Duties: Assist customers in the purchase of properties within the new developmentProvide information on available properties, pricing, and financing optionsNurture leads and follow up with potential buyersNegotiate and close sales dealsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote the development Required Qualifications: Valid Driving LicenceProven experience in sales or customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategiesAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in property sales – either new build or estate agents Working Conditions: This role involves working on–site at the new development in Northamptonshire. Regular working hours with occasional weekends may be required. Travel to other locations for training or meetings may also be necessary.
