Description
Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: 1–5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ
Salary: 25,000 – 27,000 pa base salary (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI's. There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa 45–50k, year 2 OTE 60–80k & year 3 OTE 100k plus.)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Shift and schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

About the role:
Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.Generate new business opportunities.Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.Provide quotes and process orders.Keep all customer records updated and accurate.Hit agreed–upon KPIs.Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.About you:
Sales experience is essential for this role.Telephone sales experience is desired.Ability to multi–task and work autonomously in a fast–paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong problem–solving skills.Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.What we offer:
Base salary of 25,000 – 27,000 pa, depending on experience.Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.OTE of circa 45–50k in year 1, 60–80k in year 2, and 100k plus in year 3.20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.Company Pension.Employee Discount Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.Casual Dress Code.Additional Information:
