With Multiple locations across London as well as Concessions in John Lewis across the country our client has recently expanded their business and opened a new store in Bath. They are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor with experience working in Premium or Luxury retail to join their team.

Our client is open to both full or part time applicants for the Retail Sales Advisor role.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Advisor role are:

* Maintain a good knowledge of store product

* Deliver excellent customer service via email, telephone and face to face in store.

* Drive store sales and meet store targets and KPI’s

* Deal with customer returns

* Maintain visual merchandising standards in store.

* Communicate customer feedback to buying team
