OTE & Earnings

* Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £32,000 DOE)

* Uncapped commission (up to 30%)

* Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40k–£60k+

The Role

* You’ll build and manage your own specialist market within Interior Design or HVAC recruitment.

* Build relationships with candidates and clients across the UK, US & Europe

* Develop new business and manage client accounts

* Run the full recruitment process from start to finish

* Become a recognised specialist in your niche
