Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare (Temp Desk)

Salary: From £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

We’re expanding our Healthcare Division and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to run a temporary desk. Based in Manchester, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle developing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and ensuring full compliance across all placements.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage a temp desk in the healthcare sector

* Source and place healthcare professionals into temporary roles

* Maintain candidate pipelines and client relationships

* Ensure all placements meet compliance and safeguarding standards

* Write job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns

* Meet activity and billing targets

What We’re Looking For

* 360 recruitment experience (temp/healthcare preferred)

* Strong knowledge of compliance in the healthcare sector

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
