Tradewind Recruitment is continuously recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a variety of secondary schools across Derby City and the surrounding areas, starting from September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a real difference in students' educational journeys, particularly those with additional learning needs.

Experience working with young people in a school or support setting

A calm, encouraging, and adaptable approach to learning support

Confidence supporting students with additional or special educational needs

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
