Location: Local to Welwyn/Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Hybrid 4 days office / 1 day WFH after probation)

Salary: GBP29,000 GBP33,000 per annum

Contract: Full–time, Permanent

Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established and growing marketing agency is seeking a confident and organised Marketing Account Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a fast–paced agency environment, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.

You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

The Role

Working closely with Account Directors and Managers, you will coordinate and support the end–to–end delivery of marketing and communications projects. Campaigns span multiple channels including video, digital marketing, social media, live events, print materials, and below–the–line (BTL) activity.

Responsibilities will include:

Acting as a primary day–to–day contact for clientsManaging projects from initial briefing and quoting through to final deliveryCoordinating creative development and overseeing production processesMonitoring budgets, timelines, and resource allocationEnsuring all deliverables meet agreed deadlines and quality standardsResearching suppliers, materials, and industry trends to support campaign developmentMaintaining the agency s high standards of client service Skills & Experience Required

Strong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent written communication, proofreading, and attention to detailConfident presentation and interpersonal abilitiesExperience managing digital projects and marketing campaignsFamiliarity with CMS platforms for website updatesExperience scheduling and managing content across social media channelsWorking knowledge of SEO principles and Google AdsAbility to develop engaging content ideas for web and social platformsComfortable analysing campaign performance and producing reportsProactive, positive, and team–oriented approach Preferred Background:

Previous experience within a marketing or PR agency environmentA degree in Marketing or a related fieldFull UK driving licence What s on Offer
