What You Will Do:

• Utilise customer information, CRM databases, and other resources to update and enhance client records accurately.

• Secure appointments for the company s sales team and confirm attendance at client events, ensuring every interaction adds value.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to call structures and scripts to maintain a professional and engaging tone.

• Participate in ad–hoc projects and campaigns, from surveys to data qualification, contributing to the company s broader goals.
