Kitchen Sales Designer
Location: Kent
Salary: 30,000 + Commission
Working Days/Hours: Tuesday–Saturday – 8.00am to 4.00pm
The Opportunity
KBB Recruitment are representing a reputable kitchen showroom in their search for a creative and customer–focused Kitchen Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a design–led showroom environment, engaging directly with retail customers to create stunning, functional kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and consult with showroom visitors, understanding their needs and lifestyle
Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software
Present design concepts and proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
Provide accurate quotations and manage the sales process from initial consultation through to final design approval
Stay up to date with current design trends, products, finishes, and appliances
Ensure a smooth customer journey with clear communication and attention to detail throughout
Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery
Requirements
Experience in a showroom kitchen design role
Proficient in kitchen design software (e.g. Compusoft Winner, AutoCAD)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent eye for design, spatial planning, and attention to detail
Confident in presenting to clients and managing the full design process
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Full UK driving licence preferred
