Description
Kitchen Sales Designer
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 + Commission
Working Days/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday - 8.00am to 4.00pm
The Opportunity
KBB Recruitment are representing a reputable kitchen showroom in their search for a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a design-led showroom environment, engaging directly with retail customers to create stunning, functional kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
*
Greet and consult with showroom visitors, understanding their needs and lifestyle
*
Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software
*
Present design concepts and proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
*
Provide accurate quotations and manage the sales process from initial consultation through to final design approval
*
Stay up to date with current design trends, products, finishes, and appliances
*
Ensure a smooth customer journey with clear communication and attention to detail throughout
*
Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery
Requirements
*
Experience in a showroom kitchen design role
*
Proficient in kitchen design software (e.g. Compusoft Winner, AutoCAD)
*
Strong customer service and sales skills
*
Excellent eye for design, spatial planning, and attention to detail
*
Confident in presenting to clients and managing the full design process
*
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
