North Hampshire / South Oxfordshire (covering two showrooms)

£35,000 Basic Salary + Commission

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established business offering both high-quality German and British kitchen brands, delivering exceptional design solutions to discerning clients. The successful candidate will work across two showrooms located in North Hampshire and South Oxfordshire. As a result, applicants based around Reading, Pangbourne, Bracknell, or the surrounding areas would be ideally located for the role.

The Role

As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for managing leads across both showroom locations, guiding customers through the entire design and sales journey from initial consultation through to final design presentation and order placement. You will create bespoke kitchen designs tailored to each client's requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping to drive showroom sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture leads across both showroom locations.
Conduct customer consultations and develop detailed design briefs.
Create inspiring kitchen designs using Winner software.
Present design concepts and quotations to clients.
Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Work towards and exceed sales targets.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 1.5-2 years' experience in kitchen design and sales.
Proficient in Winner design software if possible but training given.
Strong knowledge of German kitchen manufacturers and suppliers.
Experience designing and selling premium kitchens.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ambitious, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects and leads effectively.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between both showroom locations.
