What You'll Do

Speak confidently with potential and existing customers across all channels - phone, email, events, or face-to-face

Follow up warm leads from inbound calls and website enquiries

Proactively seek out new opportunities and generate business

Build lasting relationships with clients from all backgrounds

Prepare and send quotations using our CRM system

Represent the company at trade shows and events

Contribute ideas to improve team performance and customer experience

Help us grow by bringing your energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to work every day

What We're Looking For

Sales experience required - telephone, face-to-face or any proactive sales background

Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high levels of motivation

Willingness to pick up the phone or chase down a lead at 5:29pm

Passion for helping customers and delivering real value

Team player with a sense of humour and a drive to win

Nice to Have

Experience in facilities management or pest control (not essential)

Comfortable using CRM software and preparing quotations

Interest in sustainability or environmental services
