Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service to ensure satisfaction
Support the sales team by processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
Attend regular training sessions to build product knowledge and sharpen sales techniques
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a customer-first mindset

A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
