Junior Internal Sales

Coventry, office based

GBP25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Internal Sales professional to join my clients growing team. This role is a nice blend of inbound and outbound calls. No experience necessary, all we need is the right attitude and an appetite to learn.

You will play an active role in sales to both new and existing companies, helping to grow revenue. Working alongside the team, you will take responsibility for asking the right questions, engaging customers effectively, and listening to their needs with the objective of generating sales.

The role:

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Processing orders

• Raise quotes for new and existing customers

• Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities across the product range

• Promote, sell, and secure orders by clearly communicating the features and benefits of products and services

• Make professional outbound calls to new and existing contacts to generate sales

• Coordinate sales activity with marketing, sales management, accounts, logistics, and technical service teams

• Undertsand customer buying potential to determine the value of existing and prospective sales opportunities

The role:

• Some experience in sales or customer engagement (B2B or B2C) preferred but not essential

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Proactive, motivated, and target–driven with a positive attitude

• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Keen to learn, with ambition to develop into a successful sales career
