Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: GBP30,000 GBP35,000 per annum + Commission

Type: Full–time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Sales or Account Management professional looking for your next opportunity within the training and learning sector?

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join a growing training provider based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing learners from their initial enquiry right through to enrolment, ensuring they receive the right support and guidance throughout the process.

The Role

You will be responsible for speaking with prospective and existing learners, understanding their requirements and encouraging them to enrol onto suitable training courses.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a high volume of calls each day with prospective learnersFollowing up on enquiries and converting opportunities into enrolmentsDiscussing learners' requirements and recommending suitable training coursesBuilding strong relationships with learners throughout their journeyEncouraging and supporting learners through the enrolment processManaging learners from initial enquiry through to completionCompleting and maintaining accurate learner recordsEnsuring all forms and documentation are completed correctlyManaging administration associated with learner enrolmentsUpdating and managing information accurately on the CRM systemFollowing up outstanding information and documentationWorking towards individual targets and KPIs What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, commercially minded and highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload and speak to a high volume of people every day.

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

Sales or Internal SalesAccount ManagementTraining CoursesApprenticeshipsEducation or LearningStudent / Learner EngagementCustomer Service within a learning environmentWorking with a CRM system Previous experience within the training, apprenticeship or education sector would be highly advantageous, although we will also consider candidates with strong sales experience and a genuine interest in working within the learning sector.

You will need to be comfortable having sales–focused conversations, following up warm enquiries and encouraging learners to take the next step and enrol.
