Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the services sector.Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management processes.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent for the organisation.Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance across the company.Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.Support change management processes to drive business growth and transformation.Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Profile

A successful Human Resources professional should have:

A strong background in HR within a matrix environment.Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies at an organisational level.Strong experience of change initiative in multi site environments.Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Experience in of partnering c–suite execs.Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.Capability to analyse data and deliver strategic insights to drive decision–making.A proactive and solution–focused approach to complex HR challenges.Job Offer
