Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Business Development/Sales

Starting Salary: 25,000 + uncapped commission

OTE: 40,000 – 45,000+

Bristol, City Centre Office

The Role:

Full life–cycle / 360 recruitment positionClients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clientsCandidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate managementProject Management: Managing the end–to–end recruitment process
