Full–time Permanent 5–day week (Monday Saturday rota, 8:30am 6:00pm)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead a busy and successful prestige main dealership in the Guildford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to take full ownership of a high–performing sales operation, driving results, inspiring a motivated team, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales department, overseeing new and used vehicle performance Drive sales, profit, and F&I targets through effective leadership and KPI management Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales and business management teams Manage budgets, stock levels, and showroom presentation for maximum efficiency Ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding retail experience aligned with a prestige brand Work closely with senior management to deliver strategic business objectives About You

Proven track record as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the automotive sector Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially astute with solid financial understanding Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities Results–focused and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Benefits
