The Role

Visiting debtor’s properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts

Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements

Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires

Taking control of goods – where required

Removing goods - where necessary

Making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property

Compiling short reports about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork

Assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services – if required

Liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases

Working by yourself, often in different geographical areas each day

Handling cash payments – where required

You will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and you mustn't have any CCJ's or IVA's against your name. This role comes with a company vehicle so you will need to have held your driving licence for at least 2 years and be able to drive a manual and automatic vehicle.
