SF Recruitment have partnered with a brilliant, regionally focussed organisation in Central Birmingham, that are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive on a permanent, hybrid basis.
Salary: GBP27,000
Hours: full time, hybrid
We re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help us deliver an always–on stream of content and campaigns that showcase the best of the West Midlands.
Responsibilities will include:
– Manage an always–on presence across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
– Build and maintain rolling channel and editorial plans to keep our content consistent, relevant and aligned with seasonal campaigns and evergreen themes.
– Plan, schedule and publish engaging content including short–form video, stories, blogs, newsletters and itineraries.
– Monitor trends and test formats to optimise long–term engagement and growth, not just short–term spikes.
– Write, edit and publish blog content and roundups for various websites, optimised for SEO and discoverability.
– Build and send the monthly e–newsletter, repurposing high–performing content across channels to maximise reach.
– Cover key events and occasions, ensuring outputs feed into the evergreen content library.
– Produce monthly performance reports using GA4, Emplifi, and social insights, feeding results back into planning.
