THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:

Support rollout of automation for faster, more consistent campaignsBuild, test, and schedule marketing emails using automation tools and templatesManage send calendars, segmentation, contact lists, and suppression rulesBuild, test, and schedule marketing emails using automation tools and templatesManage send calendars, segmentation, contact lists, and suppression rulesEnsure email deliverability, GDPR compliance, and data hygieneSupport rollout of automation for faster, more consistent campaignsCoordinate with internal teams and partners on make/model–specific campaignsSupport onboarding and testing of new email data partnersHelp develop automated lifecycle and triggered campaignsWork with the marketing team to boost engagement and conversionExperiment with AI tools for subject lines, content, and testing

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS

2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or email marketingStrong attention to detail, especially when setting up campaignsMotivated by testing and learning how small changes can drive big resultsExcited to help grow and shape a CRM programme using automation and AIComfortable with routine tasks but motivated by finding ways to improve and optimiseFamiliar with email platformsBasic understanding of HTML, GDPR, and email marketing best practices
