Customer Experience Executive | Mildenhall | Up to £30,000

I'm delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join a forward-thinking business in Mildenhall that places people and customer satisfaction at the very heart of what they do. The Role

As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. From managing orders and processing requests, to handling enquiries and supporting the sales team, you'll be the person customers rely on to get things done.

This role isn't just about customer service it's about creating loyalty and adding value. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, support compliance processes, and take a proactive approach to resolving issues before they become problems.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

25 years' experience in customer service, account management, or sales support

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong phone and email etiquette

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset

Good IT skills, ideally with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
