The Role We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to become the backbone of our customer operations. This role is perfect for someone who is:

Comfortable working independently in a small, quiet office.

Able to multi-task between customer enquiries, quotations, and office admin.

Keen to provide excellent service over the phone and by email.

Key responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries (phone/email).

Preparing and following up on quotations.

Monitoring goods in transit and updating customers.

Managing daily office activities in line with company training.

About You We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have experience in customer service, admin, or office coordination.

Are organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated.

Enjoy working in a calm, professional environment with minimal supervision.

Are confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.

Are happy to work as part of a small, close-knit team of two.
