Job Title: Commercial Project Executive

Location: Horley, Surrey (2 days in office)

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP38,000

Overview:

We are partnering with a leading marketing and production agency to recruit a Commercial Project Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast–paced, project–driven environment and has a strong grasp of creating and managing campaign budgets, commercial insights, and stakeholder reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging project management, creative, and production teams ensuring budgets are managed, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered to high quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and monitor project budgets from initial estimation through to final delivery. Collaborate with Creative Account Management and Production teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and milestones. Work with and develop on existing tools to ensure smooth progress and completion of projects, Prepare and present progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress from a commercial perspective, providing regular updates to leadership and the wider team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in managing project budgets and delivering commercial insights. High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
