The Opportunity

Own category strategy for key national retailers and ecommerce partnersPartner directly with commercial, brand, and shopper teams to build cross–functional plansInfluence range, merchandising and innovation listings with compelling, insight–driven storiesLead the development of long–term growth plans, aligned with customer goals and market dynamicsTake a leadership role, managing a Category Specialist and guiding their developmentBuild trusted relationships with retailers to become a go–to partner for category expertise What You ll Bring

Experience in a category or insight–led role within FMCG or retailDeep understanding of the UK grocery and/or ecommerce landscapeStrong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into strategyProven stakeholder management skills confident influencing across functions and levelsA natural collaborator with a passion for driving change and delivering growthPrevious line management or mentoring experience is advantageous Why Apply?
