35,000 per annum
Uncapped Commission Earnings – Realistic OTE Up to 60,000
42.5–Hour Contract 5 Days a Week Mon–Fri 10am–7pm Sat 10am–6pm Sun 10am–4pm

Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for sales? Then this Sales Manager role could be for you!
Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and directing customers
Discussing vehicle options with customers
Guiding customers through the buying process
Closing deals effectively
To be successful, you'll need:
At least 5 years of experience in volume used car sales (must have)
A proven track record of closing deals
Excellent customer service skills
Strong coaching abilities
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
A full UK driving licence
A professional appearance
What we offer:
35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
Permanent contract
Company car (Audi, BMW, or Mercedes)
