£25k + Bonus (Expected earnings circa £40k)

Hours: Shifts – 9.00am to 5.30pm and 10am to 7pm

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in generating high-quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

What You’ll Do:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.

* Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.

* Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

* Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.

* Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

* Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Ability to identify customer needs and handle objections confidently.

* Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is desirable.

* Competent in using CRM systems and accurate data entry.

* Excellent customer service focus.
