Bid Management: Lead the bid process from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, case studies, employee CVs, and supplementary materials.Work closely with sales, estimating, and operational teams to develop competitive and compliant bids.Maintain and expand a centralised library of templates, bid evidence, and other essential documents.Conduct competitor analysis and client assessments to tailor proposals effectively.Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with business development and operational teams.Monitor bid performance, conduct post-bid analysis, and refine strategies to enhance future successEnsure all bids align with client requirements, industry regulations, and company standards.
