Vantage Consulting are looking for Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our high–performing team based in Stafford.

The Role

As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist engineering market.

You can expect to:

Write and post engaging job advertsProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networkingQualify and screen candidates to evaluate skills and suitabilityManage interview processes and negotiate offersProactively identify and engage with new clients to generate new vacanciesManage long–term relationships with existing clientsWork towards KPIs and revenue targets in a fast–paced environment

About You

To be successful for the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
