Associate Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a bright, adaptable Associate Marketing Manager to join its dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for a digital all–rounder who thrives on variety, creativity, and data–driven results.

The successful candidate will lead multi–channel campaigns, manage paid and organic social strategies, and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding marketing solutions. With a strong focus on ROI, quality, and collaboration, they ll also coach junior team members and contribute to the continual improvement of marketing processes.

This is a Hybrid role with only 2 days a week in the office which is based close to Marlow. The salary for this role is up to GBP40,000 dependent on experience.

Key Skills & Experience for the Associate Marketing Manager role are:

Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social Strong understanding of campaign analytics, optimisation, and reporting Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Creative flair and basic design experience (e.g. Canva) Genuine interest in healthcare or life sciences, with a curious mindset Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines Benefits for the Associate Marketing Manager role are:
