Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Trowbridge

Basic Salary: £28,000

OTE: £35,000 - £38,000+ per annum

Shift & Schedule: Trading hours are 9am – 5:30pm (Mon–Sat) and closed Sunday. 5–7 day working pattern.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on sales with team support. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach your team, and deliver an unbeatable customer experience - all while smashing your own sales targets.

Support the Store Manager in running daily operations - stock, compliance & reporting

Step up in the Store Manager’s absence, taking full responsibility for the store

Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve performanceSuccessful applicant:

Background in retail or assisted sales, ideally telecoms or tech

Strong sales record - target-driven and results-focused

Ready to take on leadership responsibility while staying hands-on

Confident, proactive, and commercially aware

Great communicator who can build trust with both customers and colleagues

Passionate about tech and always up to date with the latest products
