We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Supervisor based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full–time permanent basis.

Summary of the After Sales Supervisor role

Salary: GBP44,000 – GBP52,000 per annum

Location: Biggleswade

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: 42 hours Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the After Sales Supervisor

Supervise Field Service Engineers' time and workloads, including opening/closing of jobs, processing timesheets and inspection reports.Monitor the Engineer's time.Ensure parts are returned, cleaned, labelled and documented correctly.Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers. Coordinate the delivery of spare parts.Ensure WIP and KPIs are met and maintained.Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers.Manage the team, including conducting appraisals, return to work interviews and performance reviews. Requirements for a successful After Sales Supervisor

Technical background within the plant, construction or agriculture industry.Proven Supervisory experience within a similar role.Experience managing and leading a team.Experience liaising with and managing Engineers' time and workload.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong IT skills.Full clean driving licence.
