Account Manager Job Requirements
Experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities, including growing sub–contractor spend on large–scale construction projects within a defined region.A genuine interest in technical products and the ability to grasp basic engineering principles is desirable.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.Self–motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary, pipeline, and territory effectively.Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs, with a proactive approach to account development and retention.A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned area as needed.
