PM5 Performance Monitor: This RowErg comes with the PM5 monitor, providing accurate and comparable workout data such as pace, watts, stroke rate, and calories. The PM5 offers various workout modes, including a "Just Row" mode and pre-set workouts. It's compatible with Bluetooth and ANT+ for heart rate monitoring (though the monitor itself doesn't include a heart rate monitor) and connects to a range of fitness apps like ErgData, Kinomap, and Regatta. The PM5 also includes a device holder for your smartphone or tablet.
