Description
This Underlay is very nice and thick and 100% watertight.
Reason for being classed as seconds is because there appears to be not very much bitumen on the back causing it to be very likely 'not torchable'
This means you will only be able to install it using adhesive or nails.
**Thanks to its thickness and sand finish this can also be used as a capsheet on most sheds or on flat roofing where a doubles side underlay has been installed prior to this layer
